About Campden Catering...
I set up Campden Catering in 2006. I originally trained at Ballymaloe Cookery
Course in Ireland, followed by a four year degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management. I then worked in London managing
large teams of catering staff and decided that it would be far more rewarding working for my own company.
